COMMUNITY SPACE COORDINATOR

The Community Space Partnership is an organisation made up of eight Refugee, BME and Migrant Community Organisations in Newport, who are working in collaboration to achieve their individual goals. The Community Space Partnership has secured funding for the joint use of a building and is currently looking for a coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for the management of the building and coordination of activities; ensuring effective communication between the groups and with outside agencies, and be expected to work to secure external funding.

This job is offered on a fixed term of 3 years.

The successful candidate will be based on crossroads care south east wales office in county hospital, Griffithstown, Pontypool.

Be flexible to cover the vaeiety of days, evenings and weekends.

Be qualified to a QCF/NVQ L3-Health and social care for chidren or willing to work twards this qualification. 

Have a clean driving licence and use of a car

The post holder will be an integral part of the Department of Geography and Swansea University’s Centre for Migration Policy Research (CMPR).
